I really think everyone needs to look at this from the perspective of growing a company. IMO, and I'm just guessing here but Wialan probably doesn't want to move forward and publicize anything under the old name of ACYD and all of it's negative connotations and extra baggage associated with the name. Not to mention confusing new investors. Let's face it, ACYD doesn't have the best track record when it comes to taking care of it's shareholders. In order to build trust, they need to first reset the company and that journey begins with a name change.
I suspect this cc will provide more than a bit of insight into their thinking on this matter and help allay some of the fumbles Wialan's made going public this way. Victor Tapia seemed very interested in building trust with shareholders in the last cc.
