Their are two factually swell things about Liquidmetal management:

1) The outstanding shares have swelled from 42 million shares to (HEY RED, WHAT'S THE LATEST COUNT, NOW?) My calculator doesn't go up that high, it only goes to 99 million.

2) The number of golden parachutes has swelled as well (Used to be Zero)
