Doesn't look the same to me...our EnviroCare Corp was replaced by the Calichi Sino deal.

I wonder if ACDU trademarked the name though? Could it be grounds for a trademark infringement?

Agree, seems to be no connection. The one in Massachusetts was formed 10 years ago and seems to predate ACDU. Different original product line, i.e., building product vs mold elimination/prevention. No mention over the years by ACDU.

Envirocare backed out of a deal with Green World Crete as outlined in an ACDU 8K due to the criminal record of one of Green's principals, Reverend Dan Panitz. Imagine that, a reverend taking a walk on the darkside! Green World Crete has been linked to another scamster Rick Blackburn in a post on this board by xxxxtrader. Blackburn employed the use of fictitious people including a woman with the last name of Chmielewska. Coincidence? Probably not and probably explains the unusual step of describing a scamster's history in an 8K filing in order to create a little more apparent distance between the two Chmielewskas and also away from a known scamster saturated environment.
