dashrip417,pre14c is a filing that requires shareholder approval, but with these pos's the CEO controls a majority of shares but issueing himself preferred shares with sweet voting rights to override anything the retail shareholder can vote against, anyways long story short, it almost always gets approved,but it will take a little while,hope this helps Rob
