Also on February 2nd 2013 , president Laura Chinchilla signed documents instructing state utility ICE to enter into PPA's with 6 independent wind and hydro projects.
The undisclosed sites amount to 99MW and the first batch of 11 renewables schemes in line to be contracted by ICE.
