With all due respect.
There are shareholders who will never recoup their investment due to all the dilution.

The reality of the situation is that the company is insolvent. It's only positive events have been a recent small order of equipment of which the army may or may not want.

Unless revenue increases enough to support operations, continually, I think the company may be done.

So if some have invested too large of their portfolio and cannot recover it, I think they are allowed to be a little ticked at someone whooping it up at their sub-penny investment.

Me, my basis is 5 cents representing a immaterial portion of my wealth. So I will not be hurt or gain too much if this does take off.

My negative opinion has no motive other than to challenge a few brokers and have some fun. I think I'm realistic.

Solvency is a concern. Historically this management team has invested their own money to keep the company going. Then we had the LaJ deal, which is currently in court. I haven't read through the latest 10q to attempt to understand how bills are currently being paid(?). It's the silent elephant in the room that some long term investors see very clearly. I appreciate new voices and its fun to follow the news. Alternatively following the balance sheet will provide questions that current reporting news will not answer. In addition we have had two chairmen leave since new management opened up shop. One left (Clark) without any kind of statement of explanation and the other, if I am remembering my facts correctly, was suing for payment.

Don't take the tone of the board personal. Mainly I think you are just seeing very friendly and intelligent people tired of REposting their DD to provide you with a better understanding of the current company status.

It's a lot of work to keep up with WSGI but I'm happy you are here (Welcome) for however long you decide to stay.
