Tactically speaking... The announcement of the dividend would be best announced after the bell on a Friday. (That the dividend would be initiated three days later at the COB Monday) Of course this would have to go hand in hand with a pre-market PR that would drive the stock higher. This one two punch would not allow shorts to cover over the weekend and create a short squeeze on Monday. This is only if Koos really wants to make the manipulators of this stock to loose and longs to win. Just hoping... NoQuarter
