Floyd might walk away but I doubt that anybody who has any brains would ever put a penny of their money into anything that Floyd has any affiliations one way or the other, directly or indirectly. Hedge funds don't like not to be able to recover their money and if Floyd is involved then he might not get another round of financing even toxic one. IMO
