Check out my post from yesterday, that was rudiculed by someone. I called for a dump on the next news release regarding the N.D. deal, and also called for .002's...

Low & behold, look what we now have.

This stock is/will be diluted into the dumpster, and floyd & friends will walk away with their pockets full, and shareholders empty handed.

You can bet that if the Balken deal goes thru, which I personnaly doubt will happen, that it will be with highly dilutive terms..
