I do not believe he is doing that. I think EVLI has been in negotiations for a while on behalf of ILNS to sell all of parts of the ILNS platform to suitable buyer for the right price. The Pfizer litigation and upcoming January 14th hearing with Judge Ohr could be holding up a sale on all or parts of ILNS.

Due to multiple trials going on with Pfizer and Ponezumab and ViroPharma with FA it could complicate the sale of these parts of the platform.

I expect we will here some update from Maza before EOY. JMO

As you say mkaiz Chains work is continuing--- through Viro Pharma (OX1) and Pfizer (ANTISENILIN) and Northwestern University (TOC3) and The University of California (Recall Vax) Just as ILNS had planed Dr. Chain announced these things and how it would proceed forward, and that is happening, Plus other things that we cannot see. Chf5074 is licensed to Dr. Chain not ILNS and Chain "worked" on Chf5074 while "working" for ILNS.....this working on CHf5074 is supposed to be the bone of contention that broke with Chain and ILNS That and Dr. Chain said he was not being paid by ILNS.(paid for what? working elsewhere?)

Chf5074 is not Patented (in the US) there are processes using Chf5074 that are. Perhaps there are Euro. Patents??

I personally believe this is High theater for Pfizs benefit. and Chain who has already received "concessions" from ILNS will be back

Who said Chain was majority holder of ILNS? It's much more likely that Dr.Chain entirely divested any common shares he may have held. Sorry, but I do believe that a convicted felon by the name of David Blech is still the majority holder here, even though he's in prison for the fraud he perpetrated upon ILNS, et al.
