On the prowl and just can not allow you to continue with this letter even though I stated I would not post but since I'm a long term shareholder of ILNS its important for the facts to be true.
As of today I've no issues with the company and plan to wait for the powers to be to make a statement like the settlement of the ongonig ligation,updated pipeline or sale.
For the record the letter should be removed because its out dated.Yes there was a dispute.
Chain has (no quarrel with ILNS it was amicably resolved and there are no futher isssues).
He does not have a controlling interest in Intellect and never has.He never owned preferred shares and the only shares he ever owned was his founder shares that were reduce when the 50 to 1 R/S occured.
