The other issue until the sale of Nokia they have not had the Balance sheet to settle, cheaper to litigate.

I think Bill Merritt spoke to this when he mentioned the strength of Microsoft's balance sheet.

Look when Nokia settled with QCOM. That might make you change your view of what Nokia might have.
