We have a great product that can be marketed globally

There must be something going on behind the scenes that has created skepticism.

We can't even sell one unit in Canada despite having two doctors on staff who spent their entire life in the Canadian medical system.

One would think these doctors would have built up enough contacts and good will throughout their careers for some entity to at least throw them a "bone"---and buy one.

Doesn't make much sense to me.

Yep, I agree with your post, but it hasn't happened and likely won't happen in the near future.
