It accounts to lack of marketing and relying heavily on contacts in health sector. I think this machine will sell to contractors who run small businesses(like Gelani) before hospitals, just because of the return on investment in short period of time.
That's where I think Medizone is faltering, they are targeting the wrong customers(which are hospitals). They need to target a broad range of potential business owners, who are willing to contract and clean hospital rooms. This is where I get my point that they just don't have the marketing expertise to get the word "out there". I live in Canada myself, and nobody knows about Medizone, but as soon as I discuss with other business partners and potential rate of return through contracting, they become very interested.
