I would bet a small amount that this whole ordeal was Plaintiff MMRF trying its best to negotiate out of Walgreens’ Supplemental Invalidity Contentions! That's why immediate run to Hdqtrs, is a better assumption.

Who would trust a 6K cash company, millions in debt, with their health records? One cannot even get a clearance with huge debt. IMO, anyone, looking at the past, and the cast of characters in this reality show from Hollywood , would laugh.
To make a favorable assumption of a "settlement" from anything MMRF puts out, especially in light of known past Peace Talks,
and the fact one has to use a word from a Facebook (congrats) to justify that position, in itself is rather crazy.

Wonder if CEO was present at Dec. 3rd meeting, and if not, does Walgreens know CEO and CFO were at Ldmicro dining?
Where is Granite State?
If Liner is so certain of its litigation, taking full contingency, surely Granite would help out :-)
