Taking from Court approval of Walgreens stipulation to delay hearing, instead focus on resolution:

Having considered the Joint Stipulation Requesting a Continuance of the Hearing Date on Plaintiff MyMedicalRecords, Inc.’s Motion to Strike Walgreens’ Supplemental Invalidity Contentions (“Motion”), and good cause appearing therefor, the hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion is continued from December 23, 2013 to December 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

The interim date to look out for is Walgreens filing of an opposition to the Motion before the hearing. Originally, it was due Dec 2, before the approval for the hearing slide. I presume that also slid 7 days similar to the hearing slide, but we shall see.

I am putting no less weight on these upcoming events as indicators of a settlement than the implied weight of "Great meeting", "Congrats", "Cant wait", PR, and latest "Successful meeting" would have us believe.

Facts are Walgreens has come to the table to resolve. Walgreens attorneys told the judge they were doing just that in last stipulation. Anticipating the results and the great real news.
GLTU. Bowing out from the board until then.
