You are very correct about the Mississippi Lime. The operators who are getting decent results are Devon,Slawson,Range,Sandridge and Chesapeake. Everyone else has struggled with good or even consistent results. Many of the initial players over stimulated the formation and made giant water wells and not much oil. Some tried drilling the middle Mississippian and got in the water pretty badly. Garfield county has solid Woodford Shale potential. Devon is now exploiting that now. The Woodford is a much more reliable source of supply by every measure.
