It is listed as a Form 7 on the CNSX website.

Normally it would be listed as a monthly progress report, but what the heck.

For anyone who hasn't seen it:

"On October 11, 2013, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a cease trade order against the Company due to the Company’s failure to file its annual filings that was due on August 28, 2013. On October 10, 2013, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a similar order but was rescinded on October 30, 2013 after the Company had filed its financial reports for the year ended April 30, 2013 and the quarter ended July 31, 2013 on October 15, 2013."

Complete with "the usuals" it seems.
