SEC crook Marc Jablon still involved in TDEY

Less than one year ago this question was asked:

Yep he is and juts one more piece in the puzzle drawing the SEC ever closer.

IMO every "sister company" is now suspect.

If Marc Jablon and Michael Gibilisco are still involved in TDEY --which recent filings indicate they are-- then it's not unrealistic to assume PBHG, PRPM and SWRF are all utilizing the same "consulting" advice of Jablon's pump-and-dump "BIG APPLE/BOOST MARKETING" company.

Fast Eddie is " Involved " with TDEY and is not the owner... The recent TDEY post from Facebook Fast eddie says he's only involved (UNDERLINED)... IMHO He only manages these companies for BOOST MKTG. He is not the Owner of them. This is Just My Opinion.

SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

I'm happy to report that our company's long time attorney is back "on the clock" . Mr.Simon Kogan, suffered his second stroke and was out of commission for a while. He is the attorney of record for several of companies that I'm involved with so we are a little behind in the paperwork. I spoke to Simon today and wished him well and a quick recovery. He was reviewing our filings as we speak and feels that he should be able to post the attorney letter by Friday. Out of privacy issues I did not mention his condition as we were anticipating hiring another attorney should things turned for the worse, but we are excited and very happy to continue our work together and we hope to get things caught up faster. On the programming issues, we ran into a few small things that we believe we will be able to tweak.
