TDEY: 777: Yes they are, talked to them recently, told me now that thier NEW Ontario office is set up, news should be forthcoming any day know. Could be reason for recent surge in Volume..Will see..GL

Court records dated Feb 28, 2013 state:

...we will also show that Mr. Jablon essentially transferred his business and his business model to another company that he created. And that company is called Boost Marketing.

The evidence will show that Boost Marketing essentially continued the business that Big Apple and its MSI, Management Solutions International, business had formerly conducted.

The only difference is that Mr. Jablon is now calling himself a consultant to that business.

Jablon was the longtime CEO/Chairman/President of TDEY and still appears BY NAME as being a major "beneficial shareholder" --along with longtime crony Michael Gibilisco/ MG STUDIOS in recent TDEY filings!!! Gibilisco owns 2,545,000 (27.32

IMO it's obvious these crooks still have significant interest and influence in and over TDEY.

Jablon is permanently BARRED from actively managing any public company yet, through BOOST, he appears to be doing the same things he did with BIG APPLE.

A search of the address "2005 TREE FORK LANE, SUITE 109 LONGWOOD FL FLORIDA 34750" turns up multiple companies --all tied to Gibilisco (who is identified in filings as providing studio/ technology services to TDEY). One of these companies --BOBO TALES FILMS, LLC-- was a partnership with convicted criminal Jaime P. Piromalli who spent 3-1/2 years in prison for his WORLD VISION INTERNATIONAL "PONZI SCHEME." Bobo Tales was formed on July 16, 2010. Piromalli plead guilty in 2002 and was sentenced in 2003 so he was a known convict in 2010 when Gibilisco formed a partnership with him.
