This is a no-brainer. Legitimate companies register and report to the SEC because it is in their best interest to be transparent and make that information available to investors.

And Companies that are not legitimate don't.

LOL, not a single company in pennyville honestly list themselves with the SEC, so that opinion it a moot point.

Hopefully they will shut down pennyville soon enough, eight more indictments last week of these penny market mining scams. Music to my eyes! lol
