Lack of CEO just means no one with the title of CEO. Currently the highest ranking officer, who is leading the company is Michelle Sides, the COO and Chair of the board. Even if they had someone with the Title CEO, they still have to answer and report to the Chair of the Board, who is running this company anyway. There is company officer and directors running the show here, they just haven't given someone the TITLE of CEO.
