Why don't they have a CEO and filled the director slots?

CEO is the top level position in the company - I've never heard of a CEO having to report to the COO or CFO. It's in fact, the other way around.

Michelle Sides said she was looking for a CEO.......months amd months ago. Still no CEO. I guess MJNA must be getting a bad rap in the industry if no one is willing to take that position.

Do you think that Michelle Sides is qualified to run MJNA?

How did she end up getting the job of COO?

I just don't see how she is qualified to run a company worth over $100 million. Maybe I am wrong, but it just does not look right to me.
