Flat Foot. If the point about the New York District Attorney's involvement with the SEC's case against GTGP has been discussed before, I missed.

That information is critical to GTGP's future. Or lack of a future. People that follow stock fraud know that the New York District Attorney's Office in often involved in Securities Fraud investigations and prosecutions.

One of the GTGP stalwarts said the information you posted was "doctored". Here is a Cut & Paste of the Section of the SEC document that addresses the NY DA's Office.

The Commission acknowledges the assistance of the New York District Attorney's Office in connection with this matter.

IMO, that sentence had a meaning.

It is False & Misleading to say the NY DA info is False & Misleading

BTW. Any late word on the foreclosure of GTGP's corporate Office?
