Jim - your point about company insiders not being allowed to post is absolutely accurate. My line of business is far removed from wireless technology but I know for a fact that investor relation staff reviews the more notable chat sites to make sure that active employees do not participate. They send out warnings internally and include this information in company policies.
We are the beneficiaries of a lot of expertise: legal, accounting, and corporate governance. And of course there are some well versed posters in the wireless technology field. As much as we would love to have a glimpse inside IDCC, I would never want to jeopardize our investment.
