Clark needs to be transparent and give out the CURRENT TDEY SHARE STRUCTURE

He avoids that question for months now when ask in the conference calls and when ask on Twitter!

If he was transparent and not diluting TDEY shares he would not have a problem giving out the CURRENT TDEY O/S count.

If Ortiz, Vasker, and Big Apple were not diluting this would probably be at .165 now.

TDEY will continue to be an ongoing share selling SCAM!
