I get such a chuckle out of the pathetic attempts to try and ''explain'' the reasons for
[a] not filing on time rsulting in a trading halt[great confidence buider]
not meeting production estimates[made a laughing stock of us]
[c] not spinning out PDI after numerous ''deadlines''
[d] not paying the bank on time,puting us at risk of a forced sale
[e]not concentrating on achieveing profitability before jumping into the next venture

I put it to you-the ONLY time the stock goes up is on rumoours of a sale.....kudos to management for a great job well done,eh? ...and thats what we pay the big bucks for....
