My educated guess is that they are behind due to switching auditors right at the end of the fiscal year - http://biz.yahoo.com/e/130702/mlhc8-k.html

The fact that they filed an 8-K on that matter and a NT10K and a subsequent NT10Q, leads me to that conclusion. If they suddenly quit caring, then why bother to file those as well? JMHO.

BTW, got the stand and some of the other parts to go to 4 screens. And was able to identify a decent and not expensive 4 output vidoe card. Now just need to find time!

How can you suddenly stop filing your SEC filings?

What? They have not stopped filing with the SEC. check out http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=m+line+holdings&owner=exclude&action=getcompany and you will see that everything is being filed.

Yes, they did file a Late Filing Notice (NT-10-Q) but that is on time and states the reason for the late filing.

We anticipate our financial results for the period ended September 30, 2013 will differ significantly from the same period of the prior year. We believe our revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2013, will be greater than the same period in 2012; Our results will reflect a net profit, due to higher revenues and lower overheads compared to the loss in the comparable period in 2012. The exact figures and impact will not be known until our financial statements for September 30, 2013 are completed.
