Let me make this perfectly clear (as clear and as accurate as I have been during the past three years in saying there would be no to da moon for this stock).

First, let's talk about an actual travesty, one that is disgusting and unethical. This travesty involves a CEO named Lisenby who released BS in multiple PRs during the past four years (e.g., PR from 10/4/10, timelines in March 2013 PRs) that had investors spending their hard earned money under false pretenses. The BS started with the Bioharp scam and continued on with the land scam. In addition to this travesty, Lisenby has zippo substantive accomplishments for investors during at least the past four years (which is pathetic).

After the garbage that Lisenby has inflicted on investors during the past four years, I don't think that investors need to worry at all about Lisenby's feelings. He has treated investors like garbage during the past four years and he can be given the same treatment by investors.

As for not communicating, Lisenby can hide under a rock for the next 20 years if he wishes. The aforementioned BS and scams will continue to be discussed for a long, long time. Finally, there is zero evidence that Lisenby is working behind the scenes or anywhere else for shareholders so that notion can be easily dismissed.

I HAD HAPPY HOLIDAYS! THANK YOU.
And I never harassed the company, but nevertheless felt very betrayed and did post as such. I had my shares tucked away in a trading account I never look at and now I look and see life returning. I bought as XMDC @ 31s in 2012 and think that I should get up to date here.

So, I see news and filings and the the PPS gaining on
relatively light volume. Yep, I have updating to do. LOL

Reds & anyone else who blames Paul for NOT Communicating with Shareholders. Look at what happen when he did release Partnering with NNC & Mike Mckeone, even Lumik said that Mike was getting so Annoyed that he was talking about taking the PROJECT PRIVATE. It was a Travesty the way the Shareholders tried to Conjole, Manipulate, Harrasse & Bombard the Company with Trick Phone Calls & Abusive E-Mails. Thanks to Paul we are still a Public Trading Co. So why would Paul want to Communicate wh Us, I don't blame him!!!

So, I Believe that Paul could've Dissolved the Company back when we were in BK. And with that being said & the Positive 3rd Q. Report, I believe that he is still working behind the scenes, but that nothing is going to happen Now during the Holidays, Hopefully Early 2014!!!
