I know Plymouth, MN has a small contingent of pump and dump artists. This group has associates/clients/victims from Vancouver, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary, South Florida, NY, DC, Zurich/Zug, and Israel. It moves capital for a source in Israel through Switzerland. I suspect it is a laundering source for arms trafficking. I cannot say that for sure. But a lot of money was made on scam deals, heavy volumes and massive off shore shorting all orchestrated out of Plymouth as a central hub. Northern Oil and Gas was built as a scam, but it actually made money the legal way. It was done out of Plymouth.
