We live in a country of free speech and personal responsibility. You can't stop someone from writing a Seeking Alpha article, for instance, or writing up their opinions/ideas on a particular stock, however biased or self serving it may be. If traders make decisions based on another's DD/chart analysis/opinions/whatever, then that is on them. No different than all the pumpers on here or any other social network. This is why there are such things as disclosures. Coming to this board to discuss the fine line of manipulation is one thing, but wanting to discuss one popular trader out of thousands is another. The whole market is just one big machine designed for everyone to make money, particularly insiders and manipulators, but most people just trade the price fluctuations that are caused by the companies and traders. I'm not someone who wants to kill the machine or silence free speech, but I am all for complete disclosure. I like this board for the information provided on the real scam artists who prey on others via OTC shells. In my opinion "Disclosure" should be the topic, whether by individual or company. This would be a good approach, which is just as important as tone, btw.

and? One, there is no way to prove that, two, it's self serving, three, who cares, and four, why do you care so much about him in particular?
