One of the very earliest SEC filings of DHRC listed Peter Busch as a principal person (along with Toby & Mike) involved with Dethrone. I'd have to look it up, but he's been involved for a long time. He doesn't have an official position with Throwdown Beverage (or DHRC), but since he was involved earlier in the formation of DHRC, it would be logical that he has a large stock position in Throwdown Beverage. It's an assumption, but I think a pretty reasonable one.
