I agree new labels look good. Only critic is they look very similar to the old throwdown beverage labels from the failed energy drink in 2010

Are you sure Aldon Smith is a throwdown athlete? I have seen no tweets by Aldon about the new shirt and no pics of him and the shirt or support for throwdown. 49ers just played Monday Night football and throwdownbev twitter feed was silent.

The website still has incorrect information up. Not that hard to change it to reflect correct info. I would think no info is better than incorrect info.

Is Peter Busch a Partner? wouldn't that require a stock disclosure? When was that pic taken? If anybody noticed it was posted with other pics of Toby with Adrien Maloof and holding Dethrone Bev. That makes me think it was an old photo. Those other pics have since been taken down. Big assumption that he is a "partner". If he is I would like a PR announcing it. That would be huge for the reasons you indicated. Toby also announce "partnership" with throwdown when in fact its a licensing agreement. These terms have different meanings and should not be carelessly thrown around.
