gorgol: It was not always a penny stock. It was far above that when it went public and trended downward for many years all because of the behavior of the Kang Gang. That is in the past. Now it is going to retrace the PPS damage and move up beyond the Public Offering price. If I was in control of LQMT, I would improve the financial statements and execute a stock buy-back plan.
The recent increase of potential share outstanding is a safty net that likely will not be needed. It is going to be good times when millions of share are being taken off the table. That will have a major positive effect on financial statements.
