Is it likely that Stacy is willing to take a short term stock price hit to be able to get the bar much lower?

......who knows...... but he did claim flat revenues and profits DESPITE a continued decrease in units and despite an additional perhaps $400M+ loss in OIA group due to "Contra Revenue" ......so one could make the case like some analysts likely will that Intel is being too optimistic and should have guided down.......but they can always do that later......so of course they would not now.
