not sure on the float, but you can tell by the trading history that its a very low floater. not sure why they stopped filing either, but I love finding companies that are still highly active that have stopped filing because it sets the stage for huge gains. Even better is when you find one that stopped filing but is still regularly releasing news. makes it seem very likely they will start filing again eventually.
