Pete, I think you're getting your info confused a bit...you sprinkled in a bit of XXII info in your DSNY post. There are no warrant exercises in this play.

Either way, I agree with you on the ER having little impact on share price - if anything, it will underwhelm a bit and still allow the shorts to maintain the downward price pressure we have experienced for the last several days. I expect stagnant to slightly negative price activity tomorrow.

I don't see the Q1 report in January as being any different. You have to remember Q1 for DSNY is September to the end of November. There will be no Clip rev in that period although I would hope MPE revenue will have picked up.

My time line is a bit longer. I would say Q3 so July 2014.
