Pete, I think you're getting your info confused a bit...you sprinkled in a bit of XXII info in your DSNY post. There are no warrant exercises in this play.

Either way, I agree with you on the ER having little impact on share price - if anything, it will underwhelm a bit and still allow the shorts to maintain the downward price pressure we have experienced for the last several days. I expect stagnant to slightly negative price activity tomorrow.
