#26929 RE: perkinsjoshua #26928

Someone help me out here.

1. Alonzo is CEO of TEMN and TEXX?
2. What could come about with the share exchange? Tried looking up full meaning of it but found nothing more than company can exchange all shares or partial to the other company, but both remain in existence?
3. Is it possible all Temn shares could be exchanged to another company? What would that mean for our shares?
4.What is everyones thoughts here based on evidence? That TEMN will become compliant and TEXX will merge with TEMN? Again what is meaning for our share?
5. If TEXX would be so good for TEMN why wouldnt they just make this work with TEXX? Why the need for TEMN?

If someone can just break this down for me a little it would help been here for a long time but was really just a blind trade last year.

1. Alonzo resigned from TEXX See his resignation letter in 2nd half of this post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=94231195

2. Share exchange, reverse merger, the same meaning in that a new company will be operating in TEMN and they will get shares.

3. It's only possible newly issued shares (no new shares have been issued yet) or existing shares outside of the float (float is what we, common shareholders own) could be given to the new company. this share exchange is positive for shareholders and the stock price if the new company is real/profitable or if it's showing signs of going profitable soon.

4. Texx has nothing to do with TEMN now and will not in the future. Please see this post by Nabbbss to understand what happened between temn and texx: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=94369575

Hope this helps!
