I think you hit the nail on the head when you said "settling." I didn't wait all these years only to have to settle for 2 BiBs sold every 6 to 9 months (Or should we make that 12+ months?). But sadly, the bar has now been set so low that even I could step over it.

The way I read the last PR, the Army seems to want to get by with the two BiBs they already have and put off having to order any more for a while. The Army still appears interested in the BiB -- which is good news, but they don't seem ready to make another purchase at this time -- which is bad news. If and when the Army makes another purchase is anyone's guess, but I would expect that any follow-on order will be tiny in size and do little to budge the share price.

I'm really tired of WSGI having to deal with these bureaucratic, dysfunctional government entities. I wish the company had more interest and opportunities in the private sector. The "STRATELLITE DREAM" is the type of opportunity I'm talking about, but the company has p*ssed away that dream the last few years. You don't see Google p*ssing their dreams and opportunities away.

Given the company's putrid performance, I think it's a real crime that the company allowed that Arrowhead report to ever be published. I'm sure management would now wash it's hands of the whole thing and dispute that it had anything to do with the report's analysis. At the time of the report, the share price was $.095 and the market cap was $31.34MM. The report put the fair share value at $0.63 to $2.35. Now we're sitting at $.01 and a market cap of $6.27MM. So this great management team didn't see more dilution coming and an authorization of 1 billion shares? This great management team didn't mislead investors? Give me a break. We got scr*wed by this management team. But no, not flybyday. He's such a brilliant investor, he averaged down so his cost basis is now less than 2 cents. (He's very proud of himself if you haven't noticed.) Why didn't we think of that?

And finally, as to your comment about "complimenting the website", I couldn't agree more. And what is really disturbing is complimenting when the websites aren't even finished. The LTAS site has information missing in the drop-down menus, and there now isn't even any airship information to be found on any of the sites.

Yes, it most certainly is "down hill from here." (Don't forget to average down -- courtesy of flybyday.)

IMO if you care about the Stratelite, you need to follow the Argus. IMO you need to master Argus technology in order to get to the Stratelite. JMHO, IJO And I think it is more like 16 aerostats and not 2 in 2013. But numbers are easy to discount or distort. And, as always, don't buy if you think the company or the SP is headed nowhere. That would never be wise, would it? Best regards, IJO
