But back in July 2004 Round had the SH list from the Transfer Agent and there was only one insider with about 250 million shares a company from Mass. And that was the only 144 shareholder CTKH had at that time. Plus what ever is left over from the new 600 million shares. Buy l dont think that they would give Hilal back so cheap after being in so long. And those 600 million swhares were valued at .0010. And where would Hilal get the money to buy back shares. He could not pay a vendor $150,000 He gave 600 million shares away when the bid was .0016. Hilal buying back shares is the last thing on his mind!! I dont understand why posters talk about Hilal buying back stock They dont do their DD if they did they would know its impossible.
