Follow the Debt restructuring and why that was so urgent and at 10c on the dollar, even with dilutive shares! It was only a "bad move" if you don't see the outcome which is what most here are facing, they can't see the forest for the trees.
The share structure is nothing but financial engineering and can be adjusted up or down in about 3 seconds by Paul and Mark, no shareholder vote needed.
We all will see why in due time, but there is usually only one reason to restructure that debt so aggressively.
