Yes, having looked back, I believe much of the urgency to reduce the debt was not necessary. Selling shares for process improvement/apps and marketing would have resulted in a better long term financial plan and success. Paying off the debt with sub penny shares was certainly a bad move regardless of the discount. Unfortunately, this can only benefit Riss/Richards in the future.
