I have the co's monitoring service, which is paid on an annual basis for 20/month, not 30. This is Gross profit and not net profit because the monitoring revenue may be shared with outside local monitors around the country. I don't think MDHI is doing the actual monitoring for the whole country. Let's say they split it, leaving $10/month. Then their overhead etc has to be absorbed, too. You caan figure out the rest of the calculations.
