imo, the SEC was going to have to get someone to reinvent elf to the point it was back when Baker and Boone were firing off those pr's. That would not have helped CDEX or the tech move forward. In fact, that would have delayed things even longer.
You will notice that all pr's after Blair stepped out of the picture gave the lead to Poteet. You will also notice that the SEC did not cause further harm to all we shareholders by causing a shutdown to the continuing development of the Technology.
In fact, the SEC approved CDEX to go public, and many hospitals are putting the Valimed product in them, and Baxa is selling the Valimed product.
This is not a difficult trail to follow, unless you are just out to bad mouth CDEX.
