This patent which was assigned to the Digital Utilities Inc has officially been abandoned since May 16th, 2011. According the USPTO, Crosby didn't respond to office action on February 16, 2011. Crosby filed a petition to revive it on April 8th, 2011 but then never responded to further USPTO office actions sent out May 16, 2011. There has been no action taken since then according the USPTO.
