Getting the patent and patent assignment is two different things. We know Crosby assigned the patent to DUTV but DUTV could not get the patent, that is the whole problem. It has been six years since the application submitted. Now what does it mean that if DUTV could not get the patent for the so called technology or rejected? Who have the answer for this?
