People, look at the FATS chart for 2005. Practically identical to that of VTSI. Look what FATS has done in the 2/3 weeks since its last announced sale. ZIP...and no volume.

Maybe the simulator business really isn't there after all...but HD, Virtual Reality Tech has a tremendous future...VTSI might be a big part of that future, maybe not. I have no crystal ball, nor does Kelly, Robotech, Domen. But many of us will hang around and find out. It's investing. If anyone got into this company looking to triple your money overnight...mistake.

"Section 409 - Real Time Issuer Disclosures Companies are required to disclose on a almost real-time basis information concerning material changes in its financial condition or operations."
I agree a 35K order is not a lot to get excited about, but an open-ended contract worth a possible 1.5mil is.
In my mind it would be better to issue a PR. If Kelly had said nothing it is possible the SEC might have felt a PR should have been filed.
Best to air on the side of safety.
