LONG TERM participation in mining sector of Panama

if all of panama is included, what is separated from any deal to be announced in the next month. Would RF and iberia shareholders have an interest in other parts separate from a deal on molejon and pdi. just asking for any discussion without noise from ihub. prefer civil discussion.
