Monetizing BBM would would be a great start.

The biggest turn point IMO, kick perm watsa in the nut bag and flush him down the poop shoot. He is the biggest reason BBRY is in this situation. Some times you have to listen to the tech heads. Installing thorston as a puppet failed.
